one will find themselves replaying it before too long and wondering how they can faithfully reproduce this album's atmosphere in live environment, mainly because of its sharp production and "walls are closing in" atmosphere.

I didn’t expect this from members of Type 0 negative but damn! The band sounds a lot like Black Sabbath. The vox sound like if you mixed Chris Cornell and Ozzy together. I can’t stop listening to this album! It did take a few listens past the first two songs which I loved immediately but i’m hooked.

Silvertomb is not simply trying to remanufacture the sound of Type O Negative. For late 80s/ early 90s rock/grunge fans, there is many times when this album sounds like a cross between old Soundgarden and Jane's Addiction. Kenny's anguished vocals often bear resemblance to the howl of early era Chris Cornell, (RIP).
